The 2023 International Port and Shipping Logistics Industry (Shanghai) Exhibition and the 6th Global Trade and Container Transportation Conference opened at the Shanghai Cross-border Procurement Exhibition Center. Shining Ocean Group, as a director unit of China Shipping Gazette, was invited to attend. Meanwhile, China Shipping Gazette hosted the 20th "Golden Wheel" China Freight Service Quality Tracking Survey Results Announcement Ceremony. Shining Ocean Group was honored as one of China's Top 50 Freight Forwarding Brands, and the Shanghai branch representative of Shining Ocean Group accepted the award on behalf of the company.
The "China Freight Service Quality Tracking Survey" was established by China Shipping Gazette in 1999. Through targeted questionnaires, expert reviews, and media publicity, it investigates the service quality of upstream and downstream institutions in the shipping industry such as shipowners, ports, freight forwarders, shipping agents, pilotage, financial insurance, and financing leasing. Outstanding performers are recommended and announced to promote continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction throughout the industry.
